What do I need to wear?
We recommend wearing gym/dance workout clothes. Leggings, shorts, tracksuits and T-shirts are all OK, and as long as it’s loose fitting and comfortable then it’s fine with us! Do I need to bring anything with me to the class?
Bokwa is a cardio workout so we advise that you bring a bottle of water or an isotonic energy drink and a towel with you. Also bring all your friends and family – Bokwa is designed be fun and exhilarating – its ok to Whoop and shout in the class and the more people there, the more fun we can have!
I’m not very fit and I can’t dance, is Bokwa for me?
Bokwa has been created in such a way that even a very beginner can participate. Thanks to the use of letters and number placements, plus repetition through the class, anyone can Bokwa!
